Sky Watch Friday: pale blue behind snow

The trees in our neighborhood are wearing their snowy blankets in front of a pale blue sky this week.

Hello dear Kay! Looks like you have more snow than we do now in Austria. Had a lovely white xmas in the Styrian Alps, but now in the Vienna Woods it's all melted! What a pity we missed each other! Thanks for the heads-up about Dürnstein... it's a short drive from here, so we'll go take a look! Hope you and Dick had a joyful holiday! xoxo

Looks like you have a little snow Kay, but I hope you are escaping the snow storms and deep drifts I just watched on Sky?

I hear it's also really cold in your part of the country.

From the color of the sky, I sure you want some hugs from me or Lindy to keep you warm : )

Lovely! I do wish our central Ontario overcast skies would clear and look as lovely as these. Happy New Year, Kay!

Yes, we'll take our blue skies in whatever muted grays they come in! Lovely, Kay.

Those frost-laden trees look like lace! Stay warm and safe this winter. Happy new year from sunny California!
