Thursday Theme Song...bye bye

Bye bye, birdies

 I'm gonna miss you so

Bye bye, birdies

 Why'd you have to go?

No more sunshine

It's followed you away

I'll cry, birdies

'Til you're back to stay

I'll miss the way you sing

As though it's just for me

And each and every day

I'll listen faithfully

Bye bye, Birdies

I love to see you there

Bye bye, birdies

I guess I'll always care!

Oh Kay, you captured so many beautiful little birdies for this song. I do hope they don't fly away at the same time. I remember that movie very well.

Awesome birdie photos, and such a variety of them too. I especially like the blue beaked one in the second photo.
The video of Ann Margaret singing the song is cute.
Happy Thursday!

Wow that first picture is a first for us. We'veer never seen a bird with a blue bill. All of the pictures are excellent and of course the song!!

Kay, what gorgeous captures! I'd be very very sad if the birdies went away. :) I loved this post. My browser (after being booted and then allowed back) is behaving again :)

This film, with Ann-Margret and Dick Van Dyke, was the film I saw on the afternoon of Saturday 23rd November, 1963. JFK had been shot just hours earlier, our time about 4am.

You have the most amazing bird captures, Kay. I do love the blue feet on the boobies. I think they're boobies.
