Succinctly Yours.
Grandma publishes a photo prompt, along with these instructions:
How low can you go?
Use the photo as inspiration for a story of 140 characters OR 140 words.

There is also a word of the week, and this time it is incandescent.
Unfortunately, I have a headache which makes it impossible for me to think,
so I wasn't able to use the word of the week right now.
Fortunately, the photo is of a tiny critter we actually saw in Costa Rica,
and it was quite easy to write something about it in 140 characters,
including spaces and punctuation.
When we were visiting Costa Rica, we saw a wonderful little blue-legged fellow called a Blue Jeans Frog. There's nothing like it in Alberta.

How tiny and how precious.
Please take care and try and get rid of that headache. I'll say a quick prayer for you dear friend. Hugs. xx
What a small and delicate frog. I saw a frog exhibition a couple of years ago at the New York Museum of Natural History. Some small frogs could send deadly poison and sometime they were the prettiest.
Kay, I hope your headache is gone by now. If you read all these funnies this week it might go away on its own.
I like your Blue Jeans Frog post. We don't have them in our part of Texas. Sadly I missed them in Costa Rica also. We went to the 'rain forest,' perhaps they are a beach animal?
..
I take it they are not poisonous. I always expect anything colored so beautiful to be poisonous.
And I thought MF stood for microfiction, but now I know it really means microfrog :-)
Beautiful little frog and your picture is impressive!
Thanks for sharing!

What a gorgeous little fellow, and what a delightful name for him! (But I'm sorry to read about your headache. I hope it gets better soon!)
Kay!
The tiny little thing
had made me think
The color orange
of the Holland team
Check it out Ma'am!

I've never seen anything like this cute little frog!
The tiny little Blue Jeans Frog in your hand looks just like this week's SY photo of a frog. I had no clue how tiny this frog is! What a thrill to capture in your hands and also with your camera the little Blue Jeans Frog---perfect name for it. Perfect SY MF, too, at 140 characters! I hope you are feeling better soon.
