Pet Pride: Lindy shows off her mom

Posted for Pet Pride
hosted every week by a handsome dog named Bozo, and his family,
far away in Mumbai, India, on their Pets Forever blog.

Lindy says, "Hi, Bozo, this is my mom. She's kinda cute, even if she isn't a dog. But she's a good mom who cuddles me a lot, and she can drive a car. I love to ride in cars, and she also feeds me very well.
"This week she took me to stay in a ho-tell with our friend Mara, who lives in a place called The Netherlands, which I didn't understand at all, but I really like Mara because she enjoys walking with me.
"I liked the ho-tell, too. There's a big room on the main floor with people coming and going all the time, and they like to pet me.
"I wasn't sure about the little room they call an Ella-Vater. It felt like it was moving, but I got used to it, and every time I got out of it, I knew how to get from there to our room."

Lindy, we're glad to hear you had a good time at the hotel. We're not sure what an Ella-vater is but it sounds exciting.

Your hooman is cool looking, nice of you to show her off.

That's a very cute picture, and a very cute story. I had the funny picture of Lindy narrating it.

That's a cute photo of you and your mom. I'm so glad you got to meet someone from the Netherlands and learn about how to use an ella vator.

What a wonderful portrait Mara has made of the two of you. Glad to see the visit is going well. Is Mara still feeling inclined to move across the pond?

Hello Lindy - Your mummy looks so lovely in the picture and I am glad that you are very happy with her. It's great that she shares your adventures with you. Your new friend Mara sounds nice too. I think I would like to try an Ella-vator, my mummy explained that we call it a lift over here but I still don't think I have ever been in one. Keep in touch with your travels - Love Alfie x

Lucky you Lindy. Not many dogs are taken up to a hotell with many people at the main floor. Many may experience a Pet's Hotel though!

This was so darn cute I have a silly *SMILE* plastered on my face here : ) I wonder what part of the Netherlands this new big person comes from ? I lived in South Limburg province, worked in Brunssum and lived in Schinveld for 4 years .. maybe she knows where I am talking about ? LOL

That's a good tale (or is that tail) on a rainy Sunday afternoon Kay. Lindy's thoughts gave me a good old chuckle.

Lovely photo of you with your mum. Hasn't she got a lovely smile? I'm glad you enjoyed the ho-tell - did you find out what it was telling?

Lindy is quite the globe trotter too. Did she laugh at Bro's funny ho-tell story? At least he didn't have to ride in an Ella-Vater. - Margy

Thanks everyone for the compliments about the photo! However, it was easy though: two great subjects!! And walking with Lindy was great: the amount of attention you get is brilliant! I never get that with my cats...
