When we stayed at the Pono Kai Resort on the Hawaiian island of Kauai, our balcony overlooked this large koi pond (these photos don't show its full size) and we enjoyed the many reflections on the slightly-rippled surface of the water.

I love the way the color of the fish is echoed in the plants.

A peaceful serene place Kay .... I hope you have a lovely weekend.
Simply lovely shots, Kay! Hawaii is still on our list of places to visit...people tell me I would especially enjoy the banks of poinsettias lining the roadways. It's on my list, in any case.
Do have a wonderful weekend...:)
A charming selection of shots Kay - very calming! (Looks like Lindy and Oscar have a lot in common!)
Thanks for sharing and happy weekend.
That is very lovely reflection.

What a beautiful koi pond. It reminds me of Spring which I'm hoping will be around the corner because we've had a long winter. Would you believe it snowed two days ago and hailed today! My word :-) Have yourself a wonderful weekend.xx

How very pretty! Maybe the next time Jon and Sarah comes, we can try Kauai... if there isn't a torrential rain like this time.
Beautiful pond.
