The ornamental crabapple tree in our front yard is one of my favorite things. In the month of May, even after the worst winter in a long time (2010/2011) it faithfully produces incredibly pink blossoms. See next post (above) for a green song.

Oh wow! That is just so incredibly gorgeous! I used to love seeing crabapple blossoms in Illinois. It was always such an exuberant sign of spring.
What a gorgeous tree, those pink blooms are amazing. Inspector Clouseau would swear that he had found the pink panther if he saw this tree.
