Weekend Reflections: Polytechnic museum

My husband found many interesting reflections at the Polytechnic Museum in Moscow, during our Russian holiday with Viking River Cruises this summer.

Am surprized that they preserved things used from pre-commununistic times:) Makes one have hope seeing things in perspective of history!

Kaye,
Just popped into your blog from Dianne's Adelaide and Beyond. Love this post on Autos. My wife says that your blog describes her and I. She also doesn't like books or films where a dog dies. Like your humor.
Come say hello on our blog "Melbourne - our home by the bay" sometime.

Looks like a really cool place to visit. There's an auto museum around here in a "tourist trap" area so I never go. Next summer I should check it out. Happy weekend to you.

I do love that last car - so regal and stately. Wouldn't it be lovely to take a ride in it around the street of Moscow.

I love museums, going back to another era, another time! Thanks for sharing, these photos are amazing!
I would love to time travel back and experience every era! ;D

That's nice! If you wouldn't mention it is Moscow, the style of the exhibition could make us think it is any western country.
God bless you!

Oooh, I bet my honey would like to see these old vehicles in this museum, too! Looks like it was well done! Are you back home, Kay?

Lovely photos from the museum. I like the drawing with the model in front.
