Thanks for your comment. You could have "altered" the truth and said you were part of the crew. LOL
Our weather is not very cold as compared with Canada.
Unfortunately our houses are not built for the cold. We are not central heated and the cold air seeps into the house. My daughter is in the coldest part of China, Harbin, but she wears shorts and T shirt inside the building. Meanwhile I wear layers of clothes.
I don't know how I survived the Canadian winters. Of course, I was in my early 20s, can't stand the brrrrr!
I can imagine it would be much fun taking pics with that mirror in the garden - just ideal for Weekend Reflection shots. Oh! And that imperial porcelains is exquisite. Wishing you a wonderful happy and healthy NewYear Kay and Richard with a big hug for Lindy.
Hahaha... I'd be there taking the selfie too! Dear Kay, all the very best to you and Dick in the coming year. One day we will meet in person, but until then, we'll keep meeting here in the blogosphere. xo

what is that square on the first photo? A giant mirror?
@ Ann — Yes, it is. In fact, it is a mirrored cube, so "selfie" photos can be taken from any side. My husband enjoyed it.

What a cool thing to have a mirrored cube right there - of course you have to take "selfie" photos there! The geek and I would have had a blast there!
What an interesting concept for self photography. I love the china. So delicate. - Margy
