This very watery fountain attracts visitors to the benches, while behind them is an antique organ.

Oh, I love this fountain! It looks like the swirling of the fan! Nice capture and very refreshing!

Very nice! I like that you can see the people on the other side of the fountain's water.

We saw a fountain very much like this in Christchurch, NZ. Actually, it was a grouping of three.

AH! Lucky you to have been to Keukenhof this time of year! I bet the tulips were incredibly lovely.

That's a very attractive fountain...like a dandelion head. Love it!

That is quite an unusual fountain, Kay. I've only been in Amsterdam twice, for the day, on cruises. I spent most of one of those days on a canal cruise and a visit to Anne Frank's house. Wish I'd had more time there.

Love this image of the fountain. Just realized that although I have been posting comments, I'm not a follower. But, that situation was just corrected! Hoping you might do the same.

Ah, one of my favorite places, Kay! I was so fortunate to be able to visit there one spring during the tulip festival and it was fantastic! I love your shot of the fountain! Superb!

During water conservation in hot months, I remember all the fountains shut down in Los Angeles. This is a pretty one. - Margy

A great capture! I agree with Karen and Judy, the fountain does remind me of a dandelion. (I love your dog! She looks a lot like one of my rescues.)

We have a fountain in Kings Cross, not far from where I live, which is the exact same style as this one of yours. Snap!!

Great shot, Kay.
I can't believe it has taken me all this time to visit here, after reading all your wonderful comments at cbw's place. Actually I do think I have visited at least once without commenting.
But your comment today about the wild asparagus story prompted me to do a google search on the book you mentioned, and was very interested to find it ..it sounds very intriguing. So many thanks for sending me on another wild google chase!
By the way, his name was Euell Gibbons. (I mentioned it in my comment to cbw in case anyone else was interested).

This is a fantastic photo for Watery Wednesday, Kay! The circular patterns within the water remind me of those within peacock feathers. Amazing the antique organ across the street doesn’t get splashed. :)

Fantastic summery watery picture. I just want to run through that beautiful fountain. And the organ -- and its location -- fascinate me.

The same style made it's way all the way to Down Under to New Zealand, Christchurch and Australia, Brisbane.

Looks like you are thoroughly enjoying yourself.

Ate heaps of Edam cheese?
