I don’t have a tulip left in my garden, Kay! As our blossoms in BC are waning the Alberta blossoms are just beginning. Late bloomers are a sweet reminder that spring really has come. Glad you are warming up to the season. :)
Beautiful blossoms they are and isn't it wonderful to finally see some color -- other than gray!! Terrific captures as always, Kay! Hope your week is off to a great start!
Thanks for spotting the missign "marsupial" predator in my post - all fixed. If a Tasmanian Devil was really larger than a Polar Bear I think I would be a bit less comfortable on walks in the bush!
It's such a magical time when the cherry blossoms start to bloom. I love how soft and gentle those cherry blossoms look and how bright, cheerful and promising those tulips are smiling at us. They are the harbingers of good weather - a time to celebrate. Enjoy!
Hooray for Spring. Makes my heart start dancing for you. Beautiful flowers. (I have asked our daughter to hold on to her spring flowers until July when we're back in Oregon...I'm sure she'll try! ;>)
Oh, I bet that feels really good. My Mom's tulips sprouted early and then we got a bad freeze. They all died back and never had any blossoms. There were lots of tulips at the Skagit festival, so they must do something to protect them. - Margy

Great to see those blossoms!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.

Beautiful flowers, Kay. I have never seen a Saskatoon Berry bush though I have eaten the jam.
i love blogging - it lets me take part in spring over and over and over... LOVE those yellow tulips... and the name "Saskatoon Berry."
I missed the tulips this year at my favorite Botanical Gardens. The yellows really brighten our gloomy day today, weird Spring weather we have.
Love the shot looking down the flowers.
The flowers are lovely.
Our human did not feel like blogging this week. We may be back next week, hopefully.
Gotta love it when nature struts her stuff!
lovely blossoms!
