Grandma, who calls herself a well-seasoned senior, posts a photo prompt and gives us a week in which to come up with a story using either 140 words OR (here's where it gets to be fun) a mere 140 characters. She also encourages us to use, if we can, the word of the week, which is, in this case, "tempt"!

Well done! I can't stay wordless on Wordless Wednesday, so I'd never be able to stick to 140 characters. That's why Twitter and I could never be friends. You get 4 times as many characters on Facebook updates, but it's still not enough! I think it must be by lawyer training getting in the way. Why use one word when fifty words sound so much better :-)

Sorry for the chill there. Chili will hit the spot. Mrs. Jim is heating a can of N.E. Clam Chowder for us right now. We just barely got out of the 80's today. My blog thermometer says 81°F here at 6 PM.
