Succinctly, and glisteningly, yours

She could see the pavement glisten icily as her ride approached.
Would he be able to stop for her?

 Yours,
a meme hosted by
Grandma’s
Goulash.

Each week Grandma herself posts a photo prompt, then gives us a week and offers us an option:
To write something about the picture, either in 140 characters, or in 140 words.
She also invites us to incorporate the word of the week, which, this time, is “glisten”.

To see what the photo prompted others to write, and for how long, please click HERE!

Good one, the pavement does look slick. These little prompts look like fun, maybe one of these days when I get caught up....hmmm, I think I've been saying that for months now.

Always that little bit of fear as to whether a cyclist has that thing under control, isn't there?

Good one! I hadn't noticed the glistening concrete till I read your story. His stopping might just turn into a disaster!

Somehow I never pictured the two of them riding off together. How narrow-mined of me! I love the way you saw this one.
