This rabbit let Lindy get quite close, possibly because Dick had Lindy on a leash, but probably because Lindy looked like she was just curious, and not out looking for lunch.

Oh my , that rabbit is very close!
Uh oh, that rabbit is either very brave or just silly.
Very brave rabbit! Lindy must be thinking "I wonder why she isn't running away?" lol.
My critter post, have a nice weekend!
What a brave rabbit:-)
Incredibly close! Yikes, no self-respecting rabbit in our area would let any living creature that close.
A Rabbit that knows no fear, wonderful shots:)
That is one brave or smart rabbit, who knew what a leash was :).
The rabbit is brave! If Lindy is like my dog she would have been after that rabbit in no time. Cute photos!
would she chase it if given the chance?
That's really close. Perhaps the rabbit sensed Lindy's calm and patience!
Nice photos.
Regards!
heya lindy take the rabbit home!

That rabbit is amazingly close. Maybe it couldn't figure out why Lindy didn't want to play chase.
Kay, I am looking forward to seeing the unusual squirrel. I haven't heard of one with that coloring before.
Hope you are enjoying your Russian vacation.
What a cute picture !
What a cute bunny, Lindy! And you always look good!

That's pretty close all right! She must have sneaked up very quietly! We sometimes see rabbits in our neighborhood too.
Stopping by from Pet Pride.
Two VERY adorable critters sussing each other out... Good you had your camera, Dick!
From the two pictures, it looks like the rabbit hasn't moved at all while Lindy was closing in. Lindy doesn't seem to be pulling; just content to get closer. Beautiful incident captured on camera.
Lindy is such a good girl. I am quite sure my dogs would have chased the rabbit. Not for lunch. They must have inherited a little bit of hunting genes.
