Brown pelicans in a quiet harbor in Florida reflect beautifully, as does the red on the boat. |
Brown pelicans in Cancun, Mexico, cause only faint reflections in the shallows of the Atlantic. |

L'eau de la première photo paraît presque métallique. Très beau !
The reflections are beautiful, but I prefer the brown pelicans all in a row! (And I think Mary Contrary would, too!)
BEAUTIFUL!
I love both of these photos!
Standing on a post, you wonder how are able to fly. But airborne they are graceful and scooping up fish with that big bill is amazing. The first image is a delightful, shimmering reflection!
Such different pelicans from what we have here in Australia. But they are a gorgeous bird, no matter the variety.
I love the photo of the pelicans.
And the reflections in the 1st photo are great!
Terrific shots.
Two great shots. The pelican is such an interesting looking bird.
Wow! I love both photos, but that first one is really spectacular with that black of the water.
Ah wonderful! And adding the name of the boat was a stroke of genius. I wonder what happens when an eagle meets a pelican!
Don't recall ever seeing so many pelicans together. Wow.
The first one is really awsome... The water looks like some melted gold... The colors are so vivid on it... I love it !
I don't see a lot of pelicans, so this is a treat and their reflections are wonderful!
Pelicans are a huge favorite of ours -- I love that you "collect" them on your travels.
