Lindy's shadow in sun, snow and wind

"Isn't this fun, Dad?" asks Lindy.
"What could be better than a sunny, windy, snowy day in January?"

Photos by Richard Schear, January, 2013
"I think I'll just sit here for a while, Dad, and maybe I'll purr...!"

Shadow Shot Sunday 2
hosted by Magical Mystical Teacher,
and Gemma Wiseman, and Rose

Pet Pride
hosted by Lindy's friend Bozo and his family
at their Pets Forever blog, in Mumbai, India
Lindy says, "Hi, Bozo. I know you don't have snow in Mumbai, and I'm sorry you don't, because it is such fun. My special boots keep my feet warm, and they don't let lumps of ice form between my toes, because those really hurt."

The last photo is just priceless. If I didn't know better I would think Lindy is purring. Her little booties will keep those paws nice and warm.
Happy Weekend!

The lovely Lindy out for a walk with her little paw socks on, how sweet. And, creating lovely shadows in the snow too!
Good to see Lindy is doing well and enjoying a little sunshine, even if it is on a cold winter day.

The little boots are completely adorable, and so is Lindy. And she's right, those ice balls do hurt them. Lindy has good parents, not letting that happen!

Lindy as always is a beauty, happily sitting in the sun on a cold Albertan day. The socks are so thoughtful, as Lindy deserves to keep the ice out of her toes - as should we all!

Lindy certainly looks happy to be out and about, despite the snow and shadows!

From the looks of pretty Lindy, I can see it was definitely windy too.

I was in California for the past week and it was COLD there for the first few days too.

What a happy girl she is. I wouldn't like blocks of ice between my toes, either, Lindy:-)
