Malcolm's musician father and school-teacher mother may have made a mistake in giving him musical instruments for his first birthday this month, but time will tell.
Many happy returns of the month, Malcolm, and maybe Auntie Kay will get this week's letter in sooner rather than later for ABC Wednesday in two days!
Meanwhile, I'm glad I made it, because the originator of ABC Wednesday, Mrs. Denise Nesbitt, had so many interesting animals to post last week, and I might never have seen them!
Maybe I'm guessing, but the crocheted blanket on the couch looks like one of the many made by my late mother. Makes me happy to see it.

What a cutie! It is never too soon to cultivate an interest in music. And I like how the blanket in the background brings a nice sense of consistency to a child who learns valued things from past can make it into the present.
