Me and my shadow,
Strolling down the avenue,
Me and my shadow,
When we walk we’re never blue.
Strolling down the avenue,
Me and my shadow,
When we walk we’re never blue.
And when it’s twelve o’clock,
We’re home for lunch,
We’re happiest,
With lunch to munch.
Me and my shadow,
When we eat we're never blue.
We’re home for lunch,
We’re happiest,
With lunch to munch.
Me and my shadow,
When we eat we're never blue.

love this post. And love yur dog too.
What a gorgeous post! My dear Kay thanks for cheering me up by your comments! Love you!
What wonderful shadows to go with a great song. Lindy is a beautiful dog, she looks like a real sweetheart.
That Perry Cuomo tune was new to me... so it was fun to hear... and see... taken in years when smoking was still seen as debonair! Lindy looks so huggable...
Ahhhhhhhhhhh, this song and your perfect photos just melt my heart!!!! Wonderful...simply wonderful.
Oh how beautiful is that Lindy dog. Does she have vegetables for lunch? Amazing. Kay, I'm catching up on blog visits after a busy week (oh, give me the quiet life I had in Khartoum!) Thanks for your regular visits and beautiful comments on my blog. I appreciate them all and love hearing from you. Blessings and hugs Jo
Aloha from Honolulu! I found your blog via Kay's Musings and am glad I did. I love your photos and commentary.
Thanks for visiting my blog. Just a side note: My husband's mother was born and raised in Calgary, and his father in Boys Town, New Brunswick. They met and married in Calgary, where both were teachers.
How they ended up in Honolulu is a complicated story -- one that David should tell you some day.
Enjoy your stay in Hawaii next month.
Ohhhhh that is a great song and what a nice picture.

Super photos and a great post. What a beautiful dog and lovely long shadows.
That's a lovely song and lovelier pictures to go with it.
Hi Lindy,
next time I come to visit, I will get a giant bone for you. Won't you like that?
FYI, everybody, Lindy is sweet and huggable and very lovable, and LOVES to have visitors. She thinks the nice ladies from Molly Maid are here to see her.
