Once again, the night market near La Rambla in Barcelona,
where my husband had a wonderful time with his camera.

Markets like this are so delightful to visit, even if only browsing not necessarily buying. Yup...your husband can surely bring home the great memories with his camera skills!
Great post for the S Day, Kay! And I been there and done that (Shopping in Spain for Seafood) and loved every minute! Enjoy your day!!

I am sorely tempted by all that superb seafood.
as much as I love the taste of seafood, I cannot say I am enamoured of the look of seafood. but this night market is fascinating, and he got some verynice pictures.
The night market is very interesting. I never heard of that before. Great pictures of all the seafood.
That looks a great place to visit.
I don't eat NEARLY enough seafood. Yummy!

Wow! That's a lot of seafood! Typically Spanish!
Thanks for showing!
Thanks for visiting. Yes, St Nicholas is early, for his birthday is on the 6th December. When he goes on the 6th, Santa comes. After X-mas we'll have New Year's Eve, which is also a great happening. And then the long and boring month of January follows,
Special seafood - it all looks so wonderfully tasty!
WoW ! Lot of Seafood ...You make me hungry right now : )
That's what I call FRESH! :)
Bit hard to take with me as a souvenir though. I can't imagine what the customs people would say when they open my suitcase and find a big old lobster in there!
That's a lot of seafood. I love Shrimp, anyway that I have ever tried them. Love the pictures of all the seafood, now I'm hungry.
Wouldn't mind a share of that!
Fantastic post! I LOVE seafood. This reminds me of my frequent visits to family in Portugal. I stay at my mother's and one of the highlights for me is shopping for fresh fish from early that morning and local produce.
Ok Kay :)
questa è veramente una grande e bella tavolata di pesce !!!
Se fossi stata lì, avrei avuto l'imbarazzo della scelta per quanto questo pesce è meraviglioso !!!
Buona giornata :)

My Mom and Dad used to travel to Spain frequently, but in the area of Malaga. Mom learned how to make paella and whenever there was a special occasion, we'd be there enjoying the dish.
great shots
S for seafood
It's worth getting behind on reading my favs to get to scroll through a few days worth of your posts-- going from this week in bright yellow and then deep snow to today's look back to yummy seafood in sunny Spain. Yummm.
Look forward to another tour next week (I'll be away for a few days)....
OMG!!! Fresh SeafoodSSSS, why they don't have it here in Canada?
Sign me up for shopping for seafood in Spain! Especially the shrimp!! How delectable it all looks.
oh yuckers seafood, that's a lot of seafood!
What a great market, - colourful and delicious.
Great choice for S! I love seafood - you sure had your pick there! I remeber shopping in the harbour in Vancouver!
I love seafood, especially crab, shrimp and lobster. We get our share of the first two here in Powell River. Our first try and prawning was a disaster. We caught two prawns. The next night we put the trap out. Don't know if we angered a commercial prawner or if we set it too deep. It was no where in sight the next morning. - Margy
I wouldn't eat them but the pictures look great!
You couldn't ask for the wrong thing there!!
Wait for me ! I come with you ! that looks delicious !
I love Seafood. Yum!
Oh that look so yummy. I'm salivating...
Kay, these huge and fresh shrimp are great for the Spanish dish Paella.
Hahaha, I do not know how to make the authentic, but I can improvise.
But I will watch out with my cholesterol....
Seafood is a Super S post, Kay... I've been so drowning in work I can't even remember what my S post was... :-D
All that seafood reminds me of Japan.
