I can't see much difference between this shot and the previous one, but Dick insists it's better of Lindy's shadow. |
Ahh, sunshine. Not long before the snow started, we were having a lovely, warm, sunny autumn. Now it's all so long ago. Here we have shadows of a fence, Dick, Lindy, and a post. |

I love the photos. Lindy looks great. I love dogs - and humans too... sometimes.
I'm interested to note that you yielded to the wisdom of Dick.
Have a great week, Boonie
I love that last one. The tallness looks great, as if it's a laughing mirror without the mirror.
Amazing how blue shadows become on snow! Lovely sense of warm togetherness in these shadows!
Lindy's an incredibly beautiful furiend!!!!
Here is my Sunday link: My "Moon"rock Shadow
The snow is so thick, and brrrr!!!
Someone went to great lengths to get these great shadows!
Agree with Dick that the latter shot is better than the previous one as it has a warmer colour tone.
What fun! I'm not sure if I've come across this meme. Here, I try to avoid getting my shadow into shots, but to let them in on purpose could be fun. I am already behind in everything I do, though, so I better not try to participate, unless it's just once in awhile.
I like your background photo. Is that one you guys took?
Thanks for your fun comment on my critters post. That photo of Heidi has shadows on it.
Kay I love seeing Lindy and her shadows .. she seems such a swwet soul : ) We are back to snow and COLD yet again .. Spring will not show up until maybe May ? if we are lucky ?? LOL

hello..coming by for the first time.. nice pictures over here..
No shadows around here. Lots of clouds, blowing winds, snow, must have brekkie and go shovel. Good exercise, methinks!
Hi Kaye,
What beautiful pictures you have! I love the title of your blog. It reminds me of us, lol. (Except we are both a bit unfit, though we love the travel part.)
Have a wonderful week, and thank you for stopping by. Your dog is beautiful, btw.
Kathy
Lovely Lindy (and Dick) shadows. You'd think the sun would melt the snow, wouldn't you? (Well, no, you wouldn't because you live there and know better . . . )Winter lasts a long time in your neck of the woods.
Beautiful shadow shots!
Hearty Shadow, have a blessed Sunday!
I do love Lindy's fur in that 3rd photo. She is so pretty.
It's distinctly a human shadow but without the knowledge, it would be hard to tell what is standing next to the figure. Maybe a pile of snow!
:-)
Oh, I love Lindy's shadow shots! She's such a beautiful doggy! And I love all three shots! Hope your day is going well, Kay! Enjoy!
Sylvia
No, the second shot is a better one of Dick! :-)

I'm partial to doggie shadows and Lindy's is no exception. she has such beautifully curly fur! very nice doggie. all three are fantastic shadow shots. happy SSS and have a great week!
I love long tall shadows :)
Lindy is such a sweetie
Kay, What a great looking dog!! Love those "blue" shadows, and I especially like the one you took in autumn--you are all so "tall".
Mickie :)
Great shadows - isn't it nice when one's own shadow is thin and tall? So not what I am in "reality".
And who can't love Lindy?
Wonderful pictures, I love the shadows and Lindy is always a perfect model for your pictures! She is a doll!
Léia
Great shadows of the week! Lindy is gorgeous!
have a wonderful week!
Love the long afternoon shadows of Dick and Lindy, and the contrast between the autumn and winter shots! Soon enough, he can add spring shadows to the collection...
surely it must arrive before long...LOL!
