Whether it's green green grass; green leaves on wildflowers in the coulee where Dick and Lindy go for walks; green weeds in the town where we live; or green shrubs in our back yard, we haven't seen much of this color for a long, long time. It's been one of the snowiest winters southeastern Alberta has seen in quite a few years, too, and we miss the color green - we miss it a lot!

When will the green be back? We are just starting to see the first stirrings of spring, with the snowdrops and crocus popping their heads up. Does make one feel a bit cheerier x
No, we do not see much green right now. Soon, though!
Go Green Day here!! A lovely message too!!
Oh yes, I prefer green. Had too much white this winter.
Oh, yes!! And couldn't we all use some more GREEN for every day -- at least for a while!! Great post for the G Day! Have a wonderful day!

Spring is coming soon !!! Here in Australia, we seem to have winter too quick ! ( our weather is opposite ) It's already start to getting cold. so your Spring may come quick too : )

PS : Your rabbit is cute : )
Oooh, bunny :) There's no snow here, but I want to see some new green. It's March, come on, spring!
I live in a city called the garden city, yet green does seem to be dwindling too. Some nice photos...
I'm looking for that green here, I know it is just around the corner.
A very nice entry for G day with gorgeous shots! Love the rabbit!
Green is one of my favourite colours with purple;o)

Have a happy week, Day****
ps: It would be a pleasure to be your guide along the streets of Nancy, if I can, of course. I'm free on Wednesdays and Thursdays afternoons and on weekends;o)
Love that bunny!
Grand photos! I'm looking forward to touching some real green. Another still-snowing day is on for today's slip n'slide entertainment. Bah.
Sei proprio bella Lyndi :))
That's nice to see green and not white anymore, lol !
Oh, green, I remember it ...just!

A lovely look back ....and forward to the promise of Spring to come.
Lovely little snatches of greenery - we are expecting another fall of snow here tonight, and I do yearn for green grass and breaking buds.
At least the days are getting longer. Makes it so much easier to get up in the morning.
I hope everything is "Wearing the Green" by St. Paddy's Day.
Oh when will Mr. Green come back for a visit? Soon, I hope!
Lindy is so sweet looking and beautiful. The bunny is cute too :-)
Great post!
I sure hope green is around the corner for you. Otherwise, you can head on back here. :-)
We're finally greening up here in Georgia. yay!
i am totally going crazy without the green. I miss it! : )
Some of the White disappeared today... it's not green where the snow was, but hopefully it won't be too much longer. May your green arrive before long, too. :-)
We saw a lot of "white" this past weekend, but thankfully we're back to green and grey! lol
Yes, Glamis Castle IS mentioned in Macbeth! I know 'cuz I just did it this winter with a student I'm tutoring! :)

Today it's pollingday for the first Chamber. One of our 13 parties is the Green party, which is in favour of a green and healthy environment, against nuclear power plants, against the armsrace, for better healthcare. It's the sixth party. So not the smallest.Well you might see some of it when you come to Holland! See you then!!
At least you have some snow covering, we only have brown grass and brown everything else. Very depressing. Although the snowdrops and the crocuses are coming up now! Not long before the tulips...
I wish I thought of this! There is a lot of green around Long Island right now since most of the snow has finally melted this last week with all the rain we've had. It is so refreshing to look down and see green grass, even if it is a bit tired looking.
I love your little bunnies.
there's a lot of green areas here in TX....:) good choice for letter G this week.
Great to be here. Hope you can take a look at my ABC Wednesday entry as well. Thanks!
Hi Kay
Right now I am wishing for you over there yellow sun, green grass and blue sky, but most of all that when you visit over here you will get to see a Blue Tit. Have a colourful day.
Here, in the lower elevations of California this is the season when we see green. Soon the wildflowers will rush into bloom before the hot dry weather returns. Our hills are usually a golden brown before summer officially arrives.
Hope everything greens up for you soon! Just beginning to see green down South.
Great green pictures. Makes me yearn for spring even more!
Lets hope it won't be long before the bunnies are basking in the sunshine on green banks.
Green is coming soon! Just a few more weeks, for sure.
These pictures are BEAUTIFUL!
Lovely post!

Just think how lovely it will be when green does return - a treat for the eyes and the soul:-)
We await green here as garden season approaches.
cute bunny.
After tomorrow we should see a bit more green (well, sort-of-green!) We are getting rain for many hours and into tomorrow. Hopefully there won't be flooding.
Here's hoping spring is around the corner! Great photos!
have a wonderful weekend!
