Lindy enjoying the sunrise

Lindy is glad the sun came up. She enjoys it and pays no attention to her dad, who is behind her, taking pictures...and not all his pictures are of the sunrise!

Posted for
Pet Pride
hosted by Lindy's friend Bozo
and his family in Mumbai, India

Lindy says, "Hi, Bozo. My dad and I go out for our walk early in the morning because the weather is still very hot. We sometimes see crows, but I don't pay any attention to them any more."

Lindy looks like she is enjoying the last waning days of summer. Good to relax and look at the sun ;-)

Ooooh, this makes me think of the cold winter walks ahead. Does Lindy have winter gear?

Lindy, you look very relaxed there. We had a disaster (with cheeky dogs, not nice ones like you and Bozo) in the garden last night. Have a great day. Purrs, Ginger, Ambrose and a frightened Shadow

I wonder what she's thinking as she watches the sunrise.

She is obviously having a lovely time sunning herself. Alfie is too nutty to sit for too long, he thinks the sun is for playing ball in or swimming! Xxx

@ Sherry
"Does Lindy have winter gear?" Does she ever! She has boots to protect her feet from sharp ice and that awful salt. Then she has a cuddly blue sweater to put on when she comes in. It absorbs the water out of her coat, and saves me countless backaches and struggles with towels.

Bosco loves sunrise, and let's me know about it. He thinks it is really great and exciting that the sun came up and he wants to share the news! He is blind from cataracts caused by his diabetes, but he seems to be able to see light, if not shapes.

What it is to love a dog in her "golden years". I also have an oldie, with a heart condition and every day with her is special to me.

She looks perfectly content to sit and gave...something I find myself doing more and more often these days.
