I haven't always been that way

Lindy noticed that some of her white hair was showing in last week's Pet Pride photo. "Not much pride in that," she says, "what about when I was all reddish-gold and beautiful?"
So, here is a picture of Lindy before her hair started to turn white. She is just as pretty now, but you know how a girl is about her appearance. The feathery bits on the backs of her legs and on her chest always looked white and fluffy, but otherwise she was a lovely golden girl, and she's a lovely golden lady now.

I rather like that bit of snowy white on Lindy. I think it gives her a touch of dignity and grace. :-)

Aw Lindy, you're always a beautiful lady to us Tz Kitties and our mum. I, Ginger have also lost my red-gold looks; our mum and dad says she thinks I'm quite old. If only they knew! Purrs from Ginger and the other FOUR kitties in Mwadui, Tanzania. (PS enjoy your visit to Medicine Hat)

A grand lady she is! Golden or white!

Awww, she's beautiful here (AND there.) Our Ladybug has white sprinkled through her ginger fur, now, too (which at 13 is not surprising.) But she still thinks she looks like (and should be treated as) a queen!
