It's amazing if you look at it closely, there are so many reflections on a nice, shiny clean jetliner — not just in the windows, where there are plenty, of course, but also on the side, and on the undercarriage where we see reflections of airline workers busily buzzing about the open hatches.

Terrific reflections and there are a lot of them, aren't there! Amazing! Great shot for the day! Hope you enjoy your weekend, Kay!

Oh yes, plenty of reflections on this shiny baby! I'm surprised they let you take the photo... LOL! Was that through the Amsterdam airport window?
An unusual way to observe a landscape from a plane.. great find!
This is really cool! First I just thought it was a great shot of a jet then I saw the wonderful reflections!
Hey Kay-
I love this image...the reflections are pure bonus. I like this type of image where the obvious reflections pop and then the more subtle ones come to you a bit later. Great catch.
Thanks for all the sweet comments you've been leaving at my blog of late. Much appreciated.

I've never been on one that big, but I would imagine it's an incredibly amazing experience! =)
Love the reflections on this beautiful big 747 - I'd like to be leaving on a jet plane right now!!
Have a lovely week-end Kay.
Great photo. So many obvious and subtle reflections. The things are so huge - and the windows look so small!
Cool shot. Makes me wonder how planes are washed. Giant machines? Giant brushes? Dozens of little gnomes?
@ Oakland Daily — dozens of little gnomes, definitely!

She's a beauty alright and there are just tons of reflections. Absolutely love it :) Have a wonderful weekend.
interesting to see KLM Asia on the plane.
Wonderful subject for reflections!
I saw lots of great reflections then enlarged the photo and saw even more.
I wouldn't mind being on that plane if it was headed to a beachy destination.
Great picture that puts a new slant on an airplane Kay. Somehow I prefer not to look at all those tiny windows and then think of 500 people at 36,000 ft, but I'm actually not a nervous passenger when I'm up there.
Great reflections, Kay. Art has just landed a few minutes ago! What a relief!
That's a real monster ! what a shot !!
BTW the Turkish apple tea is real special there is nothing added, I have to find a Turkish shop here to get it. Lipton's apple tea is not the same AT all !
Never thought about it before, but you're absolutely right! You are very observant.

I like your attention to noticing things that most would not even see.
