That's a nice photo of the boat. Glad to see that you are enjoying life.
Does look like such a great trip, Kay! I'm so glad you had a good time! Your photos are terrific as always! Hope your week is off to a great start! Enjoy!

Oh I would love to take that cruise. I would just have to save up for a few more years :)
That sounds like a wonderful ten days!
Love how the hues of setting sun bounce on the water, Kay. Also, wonder how many herring the chef must ingest before onlookers learn how to eat this culinary treat.
The rivers of Europe certainly have a different look than ours on this side of the Atlantic. Looks like a fun cruise!
What lovely shots on the water. Looks like you've had great fun.
Looks like a fantastic trip. You got some wonderful shots.
Beautiful pictures! I am so fascinated by the Dutch's floating homes. We have floating villages here in Cambodia but it's very, very different from its European counterparts. River cruise is one great way to see places. That I have yet to tick off from my bucket list :)

Fantastic shots. Thanks for comments on my blog. It's certainly a challenge to keep finding new and interesting subjects to feature but I will perservere.
What a wonderful way to travel and so intimate. Thank you for sharing and stopping by my blog.

the world looks different from a canal. and cruising - it sounds so relaxed.
Wonderful trip and your pictures are outstanding!

Kay, what a grand vacation. Your photos are very inviting. Hmmm, I only get 10days vacation, I have to save up!
Wonderful photos, Kay! It was great to have been able to meet you there! The weather was fantastic, wasn't it?
I bet you were very tired and had a lot to talk about. Floating boats are very common in our country and very comfortable. Friends of mine used to live on such a houseboat. A lot of artists and actors prefer a housboat to an ordinary house.
Looks wonderful, Kay!
Kay, Look like you have a fabulous trip : )
Please Enjoy More for me

pickled herring, I should think?
Love the stuff.
Lovely to hear you enjoyed your holiday, Kay! My camera finger gets itchy just thinking of what fun it could have on a river cruise...lol. These pictures are great, such beautiful reflections. I've always wished to live on a houseboat, and was much taken with seeing them lined along the canals in Amsterdam. Looking forward to more of your travel pics...:)

Your photos (except for the herring) make me want to dream about taking such a river cruise.
What a great way to travel! We would love that.
That sounds like an interesting cruise. I've only been in the Netherlands once, for less than 24 hours thanks to an airline layover. We did the canal cruise in Amsterdam and I remember seeing all the bicycles everywhere.
BTW my post about our meeting will be up tomorrow!
Beautiful place and captures.
Great world!
Thank you for sharing.
Regards.
