Lovely evening skies around North America

To my friends and followers in the Blogosphere:
Sorry I haven't been commenting very much lately, and won't be able to comment very much until, perhaps, after Christmas. Working with my little netbook, no matter how cute it is, is not the same thing as my iMac.
Alberta sky as Dick and Lindy went for their evening walk in the summer.

Baddeck, Nova Scotia, at dusk. June, 2010.

Miami, Florida, as the lights come on.

Florida skies fade as the sun sinks lower.

Arizona sky, near Sedona, as evening shadows fall.

@anvilcloud -- You're right, AC, it was taken near Sedona! I'm going to change the caption now.

Know how you feel peering at that screen of the netbook but it's so convenient if you are travelling. :-)

Some people say that the Netherlands have the best skies in the world, but that Alberta sky is fantastic! Nothing like I have ever seen over here (which might have something to do with the emptiness of the landscape)

Oh … the Arizona sky looks deliciously mysterious, Kay. I just noticed the limbo photos … hilarious but quite an achievement! Also enjoyed your umbrella pictures … you are looking a little like Ms. Puddle in those shots.

I love that first photo of the Alberta sky. The colors are subtle but strong. It all draws you in.
