Proprietorial puppy-paw
When our beautiful Golden girl first came to live here, she wanted to be close to one of us. This is a photo I took, looking down at Lindy's paw on my knee. I've always treasured this. It isn't great photography, maybe not even good photography, but there is love in this photo.

Goldens do this all the time, dont they, Kay? Both Jas and Lukey continually raised their paw, to paw at us for more patting and more patting - never ernough patting. Goldens are all about the love. I love this photo so much. Yes, there was great love.

I was so sorry to read about Lindy...she was a beautiful Golden girl.
She gave and rec'd love each day of her life and lived it to the fullest because of you.

I know the sting of those tears ... those of us who invest our hearts in the lives of our fur babies know from the beginning that these days will come, but they are never easy and knowing ahead doesn't help. tears welled up when I read your comment.
