"It was a fun trip, and when we got home, the paving crew was still working in our neighbourhood, with big, big, noisy machines. They were here for weeks and weeks and weeks.
"I will tell my mom to post some pictures from our road trip as soon as she can. My favourite place was in New Mexico, up in the mountains, where deer came to visit...the same kind of deer as we have at home. That made me happy. I can't see much any more, but I could smell them, and I knew they were our kind of deer. Oh, my mom says they're called "mule deer" because of their big ears."

hosted by Lindy's friend Bozo and his family at their Pets Forever blog in India. Lindy misses her other blog friends, too, like Ambrose in Africa, and Yam Aunty in Scotland, so she is very happy to be back.
Lindy hears the road crew outside, and gets onto her window seat, hoping to see something. |
Big machines and big trucks were out on the street. This big machine gobbled up the pavement and then threw it into a truck. Very exciting. |

She is so sweet natured she looks as if she is actually smiling about the heavy machinery! So nice she got to travel with you. Jas isnt getting very far from the house these days, sigh. Her mother is in hibernation.
Sounds like you all had a nice trip. Remember, some of the best dogs do everything with their noses. - Margy
Wow Lindy, so good to see you back! You had a great trip, and imagine having your own seat-belt. We've had upheaval in the garden and our yoomen dad's bathroom with Princess and Nando having operations. But we were safe on our veranda day bed and the door was closed. We also sit at the gauze and watch any happenings in our garden. Tell your mum hi from our Mum. Purrs, Ginger, Shadow and Ambrose
Aha! You got a new car? What fun for Lindy and you.

OMD LINDDDEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! So very happy to see you and my goodness it sounds like you have been having a big time. Those road machines are fascinating critters, are they not? I hope it means that the new car has a lovely silky surface for its wheels soon. ...it that frost I spy on the ground? You and the peeps stay warm!!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
I guess any action can be fun for puppies, not s much for humans!
She's such a beauty!
Oswin asks how you can like sitting in a car! She absolutely haaaaaates it. But she thinks dogs are funny anyway!
The machine gobbling up the pavement reminds me of a dinosaur (Brachiosaurus?) with a very long neck. Lots of excitement, indeed, in your neck of the woods. I look forward to your travel pictures and seeing shots of Lindy sniffing at all the interesting smells along the way.
Heya Lindy
Feels so good to hear from you!! The holiday seems to have done good to you!
Take care!!
