Book Blurb Friday: dumpster photo

Banned in Boston

No sooner had Molly Cawdle’s new book been delivered from the publisher’s warehouse to the addresses on the list, than a whole shipping carton of the books turned up in a dumpster behind Bonnie’s Bookstore in Boston. Under the carton lay a corpse, determined to be...not Bonnie’s body!
To whom did the body belong? Was the newly-painted graffiti on the end of the dumpster a clue to the corpse’s identity?
Bonnie didn’t know, and the Boston PD didn’t believe her. Although they found nothing to connect her store with the body, the police closed it, declaring it part of the crime scene, banning Bonnie entry into her own premises.
Bonnie took the money she had intended to pay the publisher for the books, and gave it to private investigator Duke Newcombe as an advance, asking him to find out why she had found herself banned in Boston.

wherein Lisa Ricard Claro, of Writing in the Buff, supplies a photo (this week by her son Joseph Claro) and invites us to imagine a book by an equally imaginary author, then write a "blurb" for the back of the book to convince readers to buy it. We must do this in 150 words or less, using the supplied photo as a prompt.
