Meet Roxy, my grandniece's young Pug. Even though my niece (the mom in Roxy's family) and her husband (the dad) try to dress her up nicely for winter, Roxy doesn't appreciate that cold white stuff. It's worse than that cold wet stuff that's the main feature of winter on British Columbia's west coast. Well, Auntie Kay will visit soon. Maybe a cuddle from an auntie will make this sad little face smile! There's nothing quite as cute as the smile of a happy Pug puppy.

Adorable face... I can't imagine having a dog that doesn't like wet stuff though.
ReplyDeleteHa! Adorable face. My little critter hates the cold, let alone snow. She's never even seen snow, and that's just fine with her : )
ReplyDeleteawww, poor thing. then again, these guys always look rather sad, to me!
ReplyDeleteI appreciate what Roxy is feeling. Our Scottie, Rumpus did NOT appreciate the 6" of snow we got in Dallas yesterday -- too cold on his tummy! Here's to warmer days ahead!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie, great shot of Roxy!
ReplyDeleteGood portrait, very thoughtful. I can't speak about pugs, particularly, but DOG smiles are definitely endearing!
ReplyDeleteAWE! But aren't you having mild weather for February these days?
ReplyDeleteRoxy, ...Smile !
ReplyDeleteHere that ? Aunty Kay will visit you soon !
You will got lot of lot of warm cuddle : )
I think you're better practice how to smile now, little buddy : )
xxx
But do I have to? Lovely photo :)
ReplyDeleteHe's not a snow dog!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
ReplyDeleteAwww!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sad little face.
Adorable! Such a sweet face. I would almost be tempted to get a dog. Almost but not quite...
ReplyDeleteAwwwwww What a little sweetie! How could you possibly resist cuddling that!
ReplyDeleteWhat a a little cutie!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute little dog, I don't think Pugs are designed for winter weather
ReplyDeleteAww, that face is precious! And worth a long commentary on snow and how she doesn't like it :-)
ReplyDeleteVisiting from Camera Critters!
So sad but oh, so, so, cute!
ReplyDeleteOh how adorable she is!
ReplyDeleteAww... feeling cold?
ReplyDeleteA very cute capture.
Aah cute.
ReplyDeleteI once had a Bichon who found snow (and most things in life) rather confusing. This post brings back cherished memories for me. Thanks.
All the best, Boonie
Oh my yes! He is definitely a cutie. My brother has a pug, too but he was so fat.... he almost looked like a log. He's slimmer now. Happy Sunday to you and Dick!
ReplyDeleteHi! Is that a girl? I love dogs and I like her ^-^
ReplyDeleteRoxy's facial expressions tell so. When you visit, give also my hugs to Roxy.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter loves these pugs, thinking they are the best thing ever. Me? Not so much - but that sure is one cute photo!
ReplyDeleteRoxy does look a little sad. I'm sure a tasty treat would help ;-)
ReplyDeleteSo cute! And yes, she's in need for a big cuddle!
