Lindy's not paying any attention

Photo by Richard Schear, August, 2013

See that Pug on the other side of the fence, trying to sneak up on me? I'm not paying any attention! I'm just enjoying myself, cooling off in this deep grass and weeds and clover, during a walk with my dad.
I have a dog-cousin who is a Pug, and I don't pay any attention to her, either.

  2. This really brought a chuckle, Kay. I often write in the voices of our various cats. Diva is too new to us to have a discernible voice, but just you wait...

Saw the cutest pug at a cafe today. Lex said, "Why do they say 'pug ugly'? I think they're cute!"

I explained pugilism to my spouse. It was a real "aha" moment, LOL. Amy

  3. Lindy looks so happy and content that she doesn't need anything more to make her happy just so long as mom and dad are around.

  4. You are a beautiful and intelligent blonde, Lindy and we love you dearly. We are very afraid of the dogs here in our garden. As you know our mum is very careful and we have our own enclosed garden where the dogs cannot enter. Our mum has just heard that her friend in SA has had two of her precious cats killed by a dog because a yoomen left the security gate open. But you're not like that, Lindy. We would love to be near you and cuddle up to you. Purrs from Ginger, Shadow and Ambrose.

  8. Goldens are the only breed I've ever seen that happily snubs other dogs like that. One of their many charms!
