Pet Pride: nope, not Lindy's fault

No, Lindy, you didn't do it. You didn't kill Mom's plant. I think she forgot to water it, that's what happened. Or maybe watered it too much, but that's actually rather hard to do to a fern.

Posted for Pet Pride which is hosted by Lindy's friend Bozo,
and his family at their Pets Forever blog in Mumbai, India.

Lindy says, "Hi, Bozo, when I saw this plant looking so sad, I thought I might have bitten it, because I love vegetables. But no, it doesn't look dog-bitten, it looks misbegotten and forgotten. So sad."

  1. Lindy loves vegetables? He needs to teach my granddaughter. What a good dog!

  2. Kay, I have to say that my fern has also declined severely in the last couple of weeks. No our dog's fault either!
Sad it is to see the fern's leaves fall after it was looking great since September. I will look forward to the spring.
Maybe both ferns will revive once again!:)
    Best for the holidays!

  4. Aw Lindy, we know you would never do such a thing to a plant. We, on the other paw, have destroyed a couple of mama's plants. Now they are sitting so high even we can't reach them. MOL!

  9. Lindy, you're doing the right thing looking away from that poor plant - it's embarrassed enough;-)

  10. Lindy, we think it's the cold that did it as ferns prefer warm moisture. Soon spring will be here! Purrs!
    Merry Christmas!
