Don't know if you know; but I clicked on the link you posted for the "Mary's Mixed Bag" prompt at IGRT, and it went nowhere...so I was not able to comment.
Great collection for the theme! Love the shot of the moon taken from your home :) I've always wanted to visit Russia as I have relatives from there. It would an adventure.
These are all wonderful photographs showing darkness around the world. I think my favorites are midnight in Russia and the last one of the moon in Alberta.
These all have great mood and each one evokes a different feeling for me. Four fantastic examples of "Dark"
ReplyDeleteExcellent "dark" photos, Kay. I hope you're all having a warm weekend (indoors, that is if it's snowing...) (((Hugs))) Jo
ReplyDeleteI love the time between sundown and dark. Wayne and I flew into Fort McMurray a long time ago. Back when we traveled for summer vacations. - Margy

ReplyDeleteI especially like those last two... the glorious sunset followed by that mysterious moon photo.
ReplyDeleteMy 'dark' photos don't ever really work. I think I need to pay my cameras some real and serious attention.
ReplyDeleteGreat choices for the "dark" photos. I especially like the sunset one.
ReplyDeleteTake care,

Like those colours Kay and I don't think I've ever seen a green morning, just felt a bit green occasionally.
ReplyDeleteWow, great series! There's an atmosphere of mystery in the photos, great catches!
ReplyDeleteGod bless you!

@ Mary — yes, I know. I felt I should remove my poem. Sorry about having nothing for your prompt now.
