| Antwerp, Belgium, which we visited during our Tulips and Windmills cruise with Viking River Cruises in March of this year. We enjoyed The Netherlands and Belgium very much. |

ReplyDeleteROG, ABC Wednesday team
It has been an AMAZING fun morning, I have traveled to quite a few different places and countries. This is my second visit to Amsterdam, but always enjoy everyones tours of the city. Great choices or A day today.
ReplyDeleteI love Amsterdam! And the boats do look like wooden shoes! Love them, too! Great post for the A Day!! Hope your week is going well! Enjoy!

Wow, you're back on A again! I love the look of Antwerp and the canal bikes are so cute, Kay. Thanks for sharing your travels with us. Blessings, Jo
ReplyDeleteFantastic shots from Amsterdam. I love seeing where you've been.
ReplyDeleteYour trip is something I have always wanted to do. I guess I will have to keep on dreaming. Terrific photos.
ReplyDeleteHah! I was considering Amsterdam too.... in fact I even gave a few moments thought to going through the entire ABC of place I'd been to... but then I forced a reality check on myself and realized the next months could turn insane on me, and it would be insane OF me to commit to such a project. Well, glad I got to visit Amsterdam through your and Dick's lenses.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun to ride a "canal bike". Lovely photos.
ReplyDeleteA tulips and windmills tour? Can't beat that!
ReplyDeleteAmsterdam and Antwerp look fascinating places.

Nice shots, and the canal bikes do look like wooden shoes.
ReplyDeleteI probably will be more often now in Amsterdam. My son finally found a house and bought it ! It sits in the middle of the sea, at least it looks like on an artificial extension of Amsterdam. Very difficult to describe. I only saw pictures and didn't understand anything, lol !
ReplyDeleteI love the canal bikes and the wonderful architecture.
ReplyDeleteI love the way the houses in Amsterdam lean forward. The river cruises are so much fun aren't they?
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely amazing and beautiful!
ReplyDeletePlease come and see someArt Expression at my page, thanks.
I'm guessing it was a little cold to interest people in the canal bikes.
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely old buildings! And yes, they do look like shoes!
ReplyDeleteAn absolute beauty!
ReplyDeletePlease come see my Abstract post.
Two great "A" cities! I have been fortunate to have visited both of them and your photos portray them well!
ReplyDeleteSo pleased to have more of your travel pictures, Kay, - these are magnificent.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful again! And, I agree. Those canal bikes look like huge white wooden shoes (must be on purpose).
ReplyDeleteWonderful shots of the city.
ReplyDeleteso did you go on the "clogs" and exercise your legs?
ReplyDeleteIf the first picture looks like wooden shoes, the last one looks like a long bar of dark chocolate. What a beautiful place to spend time in! That lamppost caught my attention amid everything. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteLove your photos of the "A" cities.
ReplyDeleteSuch a wonderful city to visit and wander.
ReplyDeleteI would love to go there someday! in the meantime, your photos are already giving me a pre-view. thanks!
