I seem to have a theme going here...

The photos below were taken on the island of Bora Bora when we visited French Polynesia in November, 2015.
The first shows the iconic overwater huts, some of which are as lavishly furnished and decorated as any first-class hotel.

    I would go for the over-water hut vs. a hotel room on land for sure. Do the high ceilings help keep the rooms cooler? - Margy
