Dick and Lindy went to the Redcliff Days Show'n'Shine this afternoon, where Lindy posed with this other "beautiful beast" — a 1958 Buick Special.

I love the 1958 Buick - garish, chrome laden and wildly styled is what I really enjoy about the late 1950s Detroit (and Canadian) iron. Lindy sits proudly against this black beauty - perhaps with a proper harness, she could take a ride too with the top down. A lovely doggie could get used to that! And Lindy is quite the beauty herself!

Lindy seems to be loving the car show! - or maybe just the shadow from that beauty next to her. She's such a pretty girl.

ReplyDeleteI enjoy the odd car show. That's a fine classic gas guzzler which why they mostly come out for shows. Beautifully restored for us to admire.
